In three steps
1. Download Help-Me
Click the orange button and open the downloaded file. No account needed.
2. Call us
Dial +32 2 888 75 41 and briefly describe your problem to the technician.
3. Give the code
Help-Me shows a session code. Give it to the technician: they can then see and control your screen.
You stay in control
- The session only starts with the code you give us.
- You see everything the technician does, in real time.
- Close Help-Me to end the session at any time.
On a Mac
If macOS asks, allow Help-Me in System Settings, Privacy and Security: Screen Recording and Accessibility.
